New Hires

Welcome to Our District

Congratulations on your new job with the Diboll Independent School District. The first few days after joining a new school district can be intimidating and challenging. There will be online forms to fill out, new people to meet and lots of information to digest. We want your introduction to the district to be a great experience.

Professional Employees (Certified Teachers, Nurses, Principals)

There are several steps in the new hire process. Once your hiring paperwork has been submitted by your supervisor to Human Resources and your contract is approved by the board, you will receive an email to your personal email account to create a Frontline Central account. This will be your permenant electronic personnel file. Once created, you will sign your contract electronically. A second email will be sent for you to begin your onboarding process and complete the required forms online. Once completed, we will schedule a time for you to come in to HR to complete the onboarding process. When you arrive at your scheduled appointment with Human Resources you complete your hiring packet, forms and have your photo taken for a badge. We ask that you bring in the following documents: 

  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • Official College Transcripts (if you haven't already uploaded in Frontline Central)
  • Service Records from previous districts, if applicable

Auxiliary, Operations & Support Staff

Once your hiring paperwork has been submitted by your supervisor to Human Resources, you will receive an email to your personal email account to create a Frontline Central account. This will be your permenant electronic personnel file. A second email will be sent for you to begin your onboarding process and complete the required forms online. Once completed, we will schedule a time for you to come in to HR to complete the onboarding process. forms and have your photo taken for a badge. Please bring the following identification with you:

  • Social Security Card
  • Driver's License
  • Permanent Resident Card (if not a US citizen)
  • Official High School Transcripts or GED certificate
  • Service Records from previous districts, if applicable
